Social Contract

 When I enter The Ripple Space, I agree to:

• Providing a safe, welcoming and affirming space for all individuals. 

• Be friendly and accepting of yourself and others. 

• Keep in mind, we are here to make friends and build new routines to promote loving ourselves and each other. 

There is no room for hate here. We ask that you squash appearance-based judgments, reflect on any stereotype beliefs you might hold, and refrain from speaking out loud self-critical thoughts. If there is inappropriate behavior and complaints, we reserve the right to refuse service

Bathhouse Rules 

• Be safe: Dry off before you leave the wet room.

• If needed, use the bathrooms before getting into the water amenities.

• Use a steam wash cloth to quickly cleanse the body before amenities.

Waiver of Liability

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities at The Ripple Pop-Up. I understand that these activities may involve physical, emotional, or other risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. I freely and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks, known or unknown, that may arise from my participation.

In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Ripple Space, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in any activity, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

I affirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate and that I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
