Hello! Meet Anna and Lydia, Co-founders and sisters who grew up in Pittsburgh, sharing a passion for helping our community, and for being in, or around water, at all times!
 
Lydia serves as an executive director of a regional nonprofit, using leadership skills honed serving communities over the last 20 years to found The Ripple after experiencing several bouts of burnout.  Through conversations with many in her personal and professional networks, she recognized a major need for access to amenities and third spaces. Lydia is also a Certified Master Professional Coach and LUMA human-centered design facilitator.

As The Ripple’s Head of Operations, Anna builds systems that turn curiosity into better guest experiences and smoother workflows. Before founding The Ripple, Anna owned and operated a seasonal eco-tourism business, where she gained hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and sustainable operations.  Most recently, she became a Certified Pool Operator, expanding her ability to create safe, nurturing, and welcoming wellness environments.  As  Fly Yoga School and One Point One 200hr yoga instructor, Anna combines her passions for healing, education, and connection, with a vision to build a community space where wellness practitioners and guests can grow together.
