About the event
This unique event series combines hydrotherapy and live sound. While you move between hot tubs and cold plunges, Ash plays the subtle, healing frequencies of plant music and crystal alchemy bowls to support your body’s natural regulation and repair. The saunas are also available to guest in The Hot Room.
Our bodies are mostly water, and water is highly responsive to vibration. As sound moves through the water around you and within you, it can help quiet the nervous system, recalibrate the cellular body, and encourage a deeper sense of rest. Bubbles are off to get the full effect of the vibrations.
