We invite you into a unique immersive experience where hydrotherapy meets live sound. As you move between our hot tubs and cold plunges, subtle healing frequencies from plant music and crystal alchemy bowls flow through the space, supporting your body’s natural regulation and repair.
Because the body is mostly water—and water responds deeply to vibration—sound travels not only around you, but within you. These gentle tones and vibrations help quiet the nervous system, recalibrate the cellular body, and guide you into a deeply restorative state of rest, all while soaking in warm water alongside community.
