You’re invited to The Ripple’s Season 2 Open House: our free, try-it-and-feel-it experience. Slip into our hydrotherapy flow at your own pace

Explore our hydrotherapy circuit: soak in the hot tubs to melt muscle tension, brave a quick cold plunge to boost circulation and mood, and unwind in the sauna to support recovery and deep rest. Expect calmer nerves, clearer headspace, and that post-sauna glow. Drop in, stay as long as you’d like within the window, and ask us anything. Come curious, leave revitalized.

What to know: Bring a swimsuit, water bottle and towel. We’re an alcohol- and drug-free space. Ages 18+ for public sessions. If you have cardiovascular, respiratory, or other medical conditions, please check with a licensed clinician before hot/cold exposure.
